Moerman tools
Q: "What is a Liquidator?"
This is a Moerman traditional squeegee that has a completely new kind of channel. They can speed up window cleaning a lot.
Advantages over standard squeegees:
The plastic channel tips will not scratch the window frames
They're angled at the tips, meaning you can get right into the corners
They are 'dog-eared', meaning the tips of the channels are turned down toward the glass, putting more pressure on the tips of the rubber and reducing the amount of water that can spill around the rubber
The combination of these features means they reduce the amount of cloth work needed to complete the drying of the glass
Q: "What is a Liquidator 3.0?"
Basically a Liquidator but with a new and improved channel. These have clips to hold the plastic ends onto the channel, preventing the slipping that sometimes happened on the original channels.
Q: "What is a Combinator?"
Based on the highly successful Liquidator, they were a logical next development. They have an applicator that can be fitted in several positions to do various kinds of cleaning.
Advantages:
They can become a 'backflip'
They can become a 'one-pass'
They are not much heavier than a squeegee, or an applicator, so combined they are comfortable to use
Q: "What is a F*liq?"
This is a new Moerman traditional cleaning tool that has a pad and applicator together, a bit like a Wagtail. They can speed up window cleaning a lot.
They are used by washing the window with the pad and then 'flicking' the tool backwards to get the flexible pad out of the way to reveal the squeegee blade. The blade can then be used as a normal squeegee.
Advantages over the Wagtail:
Better made
The pads clip on with a popper, so no flimsy Velcro this time
The squeegee blade is better, using the Liquidator channels for excellent water removal
Q: "What is an Excelerator?"
Based on the excellent Liquidator channel, these have a swivelling handle like a Wagtail does.
Advantages over the Wagtail:
Better made
The squeegee blade is better, using the Liquidator channels for excellent water removal
