We collect a range of information relating to you and your business, most of which is provided during the order process however information is also collected via contact forms, subscriptions to our newsletter, and entrance to competitions via the website or social media channels.

This information allows us to fulfil our contractual duties as a supplier and provide the level of service that CS customers are accustomed to. We use this information to fulfil your order, maintain communication throughout the order/ delivery process, invoice, market services & fulfil warranties.

If you provide us with a mobile number when placing an order, this number is passed to our courier service (depending on service, this may be DPD, TNT, Palletyways or Royal Mail) so that you receive regular updates regarding delivery. You may, at any time, ask to have this removed by contacting us via the telephone or using any contact form. This service is the only time you will be contacted by our courier services via the number provided.

When placing an order, payment details will also be submitted. This will include card details/ Paypal information. By submitting this information you consent to us using this to fulfil your request (including payments & invoices).

The relevant information, found above, is used by us and any necessary suppliers to provide you with the service you have requested and to communicate with you on any matter relating to the provision of that service in general.
