How do the rewards work?

Every time you purchase something from the Cleaning Spot website, we automatically add points to your account (for Retail price customers only) fourteen days after purchase.

When you reach 500 points, you can redeem these for your purchases! So, we reward loyalty by giving you further discounts.

Can I redeem loyalty points for any products?

Yes, any products on the Cleaning Spot website are eligible for the reward scheme. Whilst these are not transferable between accounts they will save you average spend of £50 per year.

How can I redeem my loyalty points ?

- login to your account

- go to my reward account

- click on the blue box "transform my reward in voucher"

- Then to use the voucher code at the checkout, go to "do you have a promo code? " and click on the button apply code
